I have read the negative reviews stating that no one will call you back from this office. I have been going to Division Dental for 2 years, since I moved to Oak Ridge. I was referred here by a friend who also loves this office. The only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have only been there for cleaning, since I have not had to have any dental work done. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I called the office today because I had questions about insurance coverage. The receptionist was very attentive and patient, and when she didn't know the answers she told me she would call me back. She actually did call me back in less than an hour. She then transferred me to the insurance person, who spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and resolved my issue. So, I have not had the experience that the office would not call me back. In addition, I love my hygienist, Dawn, and even though I have never had any dental work done yet, Dr. Everson is always very thorough and gentle during my checkups. She also has a lovely, positive energy and personality. I know everyone has their own experience, and I don't discount anyone's review. I am simply telling my own experience. Don't let the negative reviews sway you.

I absolutely love my dentist here and all the wonderful women she works with. She's so efficient, caring, kind and just wonderful. This is a wonderful place to go to get your teeth fixed or cleaned and I highly recommend it

I had my first appointment with them yesterday and everyone that I encountered was absolutely wonderful. They were very kind to me from the time I made the appointment to the time they saw them in the office. I have to have alot of work done and their patience in explaining the process shows that they care so much for their clients

I have been several times never had a problem..they dont always answer phone , however I have had a great experience overall

Dr. Everson and her staff have always been respectful and treated my family great.
